This is the second time we have done business with these guys. They have been very professional and have done a great job of organizing every detail of the closing process. Previously when we purchased our cottage near by they took care of all the details with the property here and coordinated with our attorney in Tennessee for a very smooth and friction free transaction from beginning to end. As a very respected firm here they have takrb care if the title search and all related filings plus they provide the important insurance we require for ourbpeacrle if mind. We have title insurancrez as a buyer, because without it we could be exposed to hidden or undisclosed errors in the public records, or mistakes in examination of the title. Without this important title insurance we could potentially be held fully accountable for any prior liens, judgments or claims brought against our new property. The title policy, we received today insures that us that we will be defended at no cost against all covered claims up to the amount of the policy. So it's a big deal and they get it done. I have been working with Emsley for a couple of weeks via email and on the phone. Today I spent :30 minutes with her to close on our new property and she was very organized & made the process smooth, friendly & professional.Nicely done! Highly recommend this group of sharp professionals.
