I was in need of a part-time position while I completed my degree and Option 1 was able to find me a great place that was willing to work with my school schedule. I have worked with other companies before that were never as successful finding me exactly what I needed when I needed it. Everyone in the office is very friendly and amazing to work with, especially if I ever have any issues or concerns. I would definitely recommend trying to work with Option 1, if given the opportunity, and I have recommended some people to give them a call.

I was doing a 6 month part time contract position at Stanford. When my 6th month was up, Stanford proposed a permanent position. I was not expecting them to offer me a permanent spot, but they did! Forever thankful for Option 1. Thanks again!

I’ve never worked for an agency before but I must say Option 1 has given me a great expierence. Paula who was my recruiter is amazing, she heard me out in what I was looking for and found a great position suitable for my career. The rest of the team is amazing as well! They answer all my questions and never leave me in a limbo.

Both McElle McCartney and Paula Fletcher were extremely helpful during the initial job search process. They were always keeping their eyes open for a position that fit what I was looking for. They were also constantly in contact with me to update me on the status of my applications/ interviews. Very grateful to have the opportunity to work with them!

Option 1 was the first agency I had worked with straight out of high school. I was so generously helped by their senior recruiter Paula Fletcher. Paula is very personalble, honest and professional. She handles all of her work with integrity. All throughout college, I worked through Option 1 and was even fortunate enough to work directly at their office for some time, where I also worked directly with Paula. Her work ethic was exceptional and always remained optimistic in every situation. I have been so fortunate to keep in touch with her as I now pursue my career after college. Option 1 was always willing to help me work around my school schedule, which was a tremendous help. I can confidently say that working through Option 1 has led me in the right direction and has allowed me to grow both personally and professionally.

I met with Option 1 staff just a couple times and they knew exactly where I should work and what position I should work in. I must say that I love the job I have right now. Everyone at Option 1 have been extremely helpful and very quick at responding if I have any questions. I would definately recommend someone to go with Option 1.
