Working with Michelle has been great. I am moving from Louisiana to Seattle, so to say that trying to find a new job while not living in the area has been difficult, would be an understatement. After applying for a couple of positions that Opti posted, she reached out right away and scheduled a Skype interview with me. She understands my situation and has conveyed that to potential employers and also has a great understanding of the type of career I'm looking for. I've had a phone interview with a potential employer that went well and she has been working diligently to line up other prospects. The communication between us has been great and she has been upfront about which companies would be a good fit for my background and personality. So far I feel pretty confident that I will have a good position that matches my skillset and background.
