Opti Staffing in Anchorage holds a close place in my heart. I was trying to get my foot in the door with a company where I could grow and learn. I was early into my career with some short stints on my resume. I was having a hard time with employers taking me seriously. I met with Sequoyah and Molly and was treated with the utmost respect. They listened to my needs and found me a position that not only utilized my skills and experiences but was with a large company where the pride themselves on growth and longevity. I had the pleasure of working with Opti Staffing in the Anchorage office for a year as an operations recruiter and I absolutely loved working there! Before working with Opti I had no clue who they were but I am so glad I had the chance to run into them and work for them. I would still be there if I did not move to Tennessee. Opti Staffing is a great benefit not only to job seekers but it is a major benefit for the employers looking for qualified employees. Once you have worked with Opti Staffing on either side you are going to wish the word of ''Working with Opti Staffing is so amazing'' would have spread faster. Don't miss out on an opportunity to work with an not only an amazing company, an amazing group of people.

Maureen was and is AWESOME! She found me a position that truly aligns with my career goals and with a group of people whose personalities complement my work style. She found my position quickly and it is likely to turn into a permanent placement! I would have never found this position because they exclusively hire through Opti staffing (to the best of my knowledge). So do it! The worse that can happen is that your name is on the list!
