Tina has been such a blessing to us! I can't even express to you how wonderful she truly is! She has gone above and beyond to help my husband, a decorated United States Army Veteran, find a job! She was prompt and professional. She took the time to talk to him, compile his skills and match him with a job that he can turn into a career. A place that he's happy to go everyday and can support our family. If you are looking for a new job, go see Tina, she is the best! She cares so much and you can tell that what she does is so much more than just a job to her, she sees you as a person not just a resume.

I went to a job fair at Goodwill in Union. I met a young lady there named Tina, first off I want to say that I usually don’t go to job fairs because it seems like it takes forever it get seen but this job fair was different. Tina was the only representative onsite I’m not exaggerating when I say there was probably 10 people in the lobby waiting. Tina would keep look out and come out of the other room and talk to each individual that was waiting, she had them go ahead and answer the questionnaire while she interviewed the person in the room. This process moved quickly and each individual came out with a smile on there face. Again very rare for a job fair. When it was finally my turn I talked to Tina for a minute and told her what I was looking for and she explained what was available, we went over the questionnaire and she explained that she would ask me the exact same questions as to what is in the paper and she would be videoing it, she said some people are nervous and it takes more then one try so she starts joking with them to help loosen them up. She had to do that with me because I was extremely nervous, I was a mess but she made some jokes and even let me go out and get some water and come back. Finally we got it and she sent it to the company, I received a call later that day from her saying I was approved and gave me a start date, I honestly do not think I would have gotten the job if it hadn’t been for her taking her time and genuinely caring about the people and the job that she was sending us to. I will be sending people to her. Tina is one of the best recruiters that I’ve ever dealt with and the company should be happy to have her. Thank you Tina.

I literally called 5 times on Friday to speak to Lauren and each time the receptionist took my name and number and told me she would give Lauren the message but I never received a call back. I even called her cell phone multiple times also and still no response. Here it is Wednesday and still no call back. This is very unprofessional.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. Tina took the time to sit down with me and discuss my qualifications and the positions available that would be a good fit. Once placed, Tina personally followed up with me to ensure I was happy and confident in my new position! I definately would recommend Opsource to anyone looking for a personal touch of a team that goes above and beyond!
