Not sure why they are scored so low on their ratings. I have went to Kelly Services and had terrible customer service and they were not very professional. Onstaff has been amazing, Amber McIntyre worked great with me and was very supportive and the communication was superb. They placed me at Schupan and have been amazing. Thank you Onstaff!!While waiting for my boyfriend to be interviewed, Amber made appoint to come out and congratulate me on my placement. Thank you Amber for being personable!!

This agency is horrible. If you applied for something dont think thats what they're offering, they offer what they think is good fit by your gender. The recruiter's, yes multiple ( I was passed around and could barely keep track ) had horrible communication, barely respond to e-mails and send you to unprofessional/ unorganized factories and businesses. They blame you for their high employee turn over rate, but keep these factorie's "horrible" on a pedestal with a fake description of their environment. Give you false info on job's, pay, time and manager's. If you decide to leave "make sure you work those 2 business day's" otherwise they put you on their "job wait list."

My experience was amazing since the beginning. Crystal really helped me to find something that would best meed my needs. I also liked the way she conducted the whole process, very attentive, friendly, professional and she makes you feel really comfortable. I also want to mention how everybody is incredibly fun and friendly. There is so much to say, even the girls in the front desk they are amazing, lovely and very very willing to help you. I definitely recommend! I truly had an incredible experience!

Yes they do a good job finding you work.. but Sally spoke to me in a patronizing way . I left work and went to the hospital sick and the next day was told to come in to do a incident report/drug screen I was confused about that because I've never had to do that with ANY TEMP ANGENCY FOR LEAVING SICK!! She seemed very surprised when I dropped clean. I don't know what this was all about they claim something to do with insurance . She then made me wait purposely several minutes after doing my test.. while she made her phone calls etc instead of sending me on my way!! It really rubbed me the wrong way, found another job and quit! I don't recommend this one in portage!!

What an awesome staffing company. Where most staffing agencies treat their employees as "just a number", this OnStaff branch in Portage is great! I started with Stryker on April 1t, 2019 and the acct coordinator, Frank along with branch mngr Kelly, have kept in touch with me, given me great feedback, and answered my queries quickly. Thanks OnStaff for the wonderful opportunity to work with Stryker. 👍😀

I was down on my luck, about to drown in bills and debt, and I went into OnStaff. I met with Sally Silveira, a wonderful recruiter, and now I have a great job. My life is getting better by the day.

I don't remember names unfortunately but there were two receptionists. I was standing there waiting to be acknowledged while both of us them kept talking about their weekend and laughing. The job I was told I was going to do was not at all accurate to what the on staff lady told be I'd be doing. I told her and she said give it time. They really need to tell people exactly what they're getting assigned to. They're in such a big hurry to place people they don't take into consideration that holding back information to fill spots us just a waste of the company's time and effort and the person who thinks they are going to be doing one thing but finds out they'll be doing that plus alot of extra stuff they werent told about.
