Called to see about my application status and why i havent gotten a call from them. The guy that answered was rude and couldnt really tell me nothing but he didnt know why nobody has called me about a job. And that people walk in and they get jobs first. Whats the point in an online application? Horrible customer service!!!

Very impersonal. They stare at a computer typing while asking some questions. They don't get to know you or what you would like to do for work. I was brought in for an "interview" on a job I had submitted an application on but they treated me as someone who was walking in to have them find me a job. Made me fill out forms and list skills. I told them no, I'm interested in the job I applied for; not to have them figure what would be a "good fit" for me. I asked for the name of the company and applied on their actual website and it was what I suggest others do as well.

I worked for WWL at Nissan through Onin for about four months and I quit without notice because I could no longer work second shift. With that being said, I figured I would never be able to work for them again. I was wrong. I began searching for another job and I just so happened to stop by to see what they would say and they gave me ANOTHER job that I was able to start the very next day! I was completely shocked since most temp agencies won't rehire you if you quit without notice. So they gave me the job and I report to work and on my second day I got sick (perfect right?) so the warehouse ended my assignment. Of course I was pissed and I let my frustration out on Onin, however I wasn't upset with them, I was mad I woke up early (still sick) and drove all the way to work just to get told "We had to end your assignment." AGAIN, The staff at Onin tried to find something suitable for me but I wanted something in the Murfreesboro area so I left and figured I'd try later in the week. A couple hours later I notice I missed a call for a position that was EXACTLY what I was looking for, I returned the call and they told me I could start as soon as the next day. ONIN HAS SAVED THE DAY FOR A THIRD TIME. But seriously there is no other company that would try so hard to find something to fit my every need. I wouldn't want to work for anyone else. The staff here is absolutely amazing and very UNDERSTANDING.
