The staffing at One Source is definitely a five star establishment, the determination of finding a suitable job for a employer is at the top level of a agency. Ms. Shiela, Ms. ILene & Ms. Irene are people who focus on seeking employment for employees. If your looking for work you need to come prepared to start working the same day because they are that fast.

Great Staffing Agency workers are very professional and helpful. Got great jobs from this agency. Working through them right now and have no complaints about this place. If you ever need a job they will find something great for you just have to be a worker and not lazy.

Absolutely horrible. The customer service is non existent, not helpful in anyway. The look on their faces when you asked them a question was baffling. They seemed untrained in this type of role and laughably unhelpful. STAY AWAY from this staffing agency!

I wish I could say that I can give this agency a favorable review but I cannot since I never experienced their services. I had a scheduled appointment at the Whitehall location for 10am on a Wednesday morning. I arrived a few minutes before scheduled time but the door was locked. I walked into the adjacent business to see if this was common practice & suggested I contact the person I was to interview with. I walk back to my car to retrieve the phone number and called as I walked back to the door. A note that wasn’t there previously mysteriously appeared (maybe due to my knocking) announcing that they had a neeting until 10:30am. Since I’m unemployed & have nothing else to do, I wait. Here it is an hour later (11 am) and the note is still on the door. My contact is also unreachable. The unprofessionalism of this place is rather appalling and a turn off to ever using this agency again. I don’t live close by and I could have at least received a courtesy call letting me know of the cancellation or change in appointment. I even sent an email the previous day confirming the schedule appointment. I cannot and will not ever recommend this place based on this experience alone.

I dont know what happened to this place but the people who work here speak to you as if you nothing and that is unacceptable. Ive had problems with there other locations as well well id come to pick up my check and be told i have no hours idk whats going on with them but careful you might end up wasting your time
