Feedback:

I wish I had something more positive to write about this organization, however my experience with them was one that I can only describe as unprofessional bordering on disrespectful. This is not meant to be a personal attack on OneSource employees but rather a comment on its efficiency as a company.I had contacted OneSource three weeks ago asking if they would be willing to take over my contract from an alternate Staffing Agency. After speaking with Monique, I was told that OneSource would be happy to do so, and that I should email them the relevant documentation I had and include an additional description of what I was looking for through OneSource. I did so, and after a week of not hearing from them decided to call back. I was told that Monique was unavailable, but that a Mr. Robert Barrett would be able to assist. I explained my situation for a second time, and was told that I needed to provide OneSource with a release letter from my current staffing Agency for them to take over the contract. I agreed, and asked for written confirmation from OneSource of their willingness to take over my contract so as to provide to my supervisor before essentially resigning from my current staffing Agency. I did not think this would be a problem given that I had already received verbal confirmation.A few days went by without any communication, so I called back a third time. Again I was put into contact with Monique, who said that she had received my message and (quote) “read the first few lines of my email and assumed that I no longer required their services” (the email was roughly 10 lines in length, clearly stated that I was still seeking to work with them and requested a written confirmation of their willingness to take on my contract). I was told that things got really busy, and that sometimes emails are skimmed. I apologized for the confusion, and asked her once more whether OneSource would be willing to work with me, to which I received a second verbal confirmation. I was told that Robert was the one who would be able to provide the written confirmation, but that would be unavailable for the next 6 days (July 18th –July 23rd) and that I should send a second email, and call him the following Wednesday to follow up.I sent the email, contacted OneSource that next Wednesday, and was answered by the receptionist and given a second email address to send a third email to requesting written confirmation. Two days later, upon not hearing back on that third email I sent, I called a fourth time, this time asking the receptionist If could to speak directly with Robert. I was told that he was busy, but that he would call me back. I asked the receptionist if she could let me know when he was free, so that I could call him back instead. She put me on hold to, I’m assuming, ask Robert when he would be free. Upon returning she told me that she couldn’t say, but that I could call again later. I called back and was asked to write him a fourth email, to which I have as of yet had no reply. The most surprising thing is that, most of the time, a staffing Agency’s mission is to seek employment on behalf of clients, and benefit by taking a proportionate share of the that client’s income. Given that I was already employed and in a well-paid position, not only had I already removed a large amount work for OneSource in finding a job, but also provided an opportunity for them to pull in a substantial amount of money. The waste of my time and energy aside, I fail to see why any business-minded enterprise would not capitalize on an opportunity like this. Even by the end of everything, I think if I had simply received straightforward answer I probably wouldn’t have felt the need to write this. I cannot in good conscience recommend OneSource as a staffing Agency to trust

Dylan is a great asset to this company! Last time I had lost my job,(that I found off craigslist), I had contacted Onesource and he answered, I told him that I was signed up with onesource and needed a job asap. He was quick to find a few positions for me to apply to as well as letting me know that I could get immediate work with Pro`em, as I had worked with the company before. Thanks to onesource and their employees promptness of service. I was able to get signed up for Pro`em's events and keep having money come in while I found a new job.

Feedback:

Dylan makes this staffing company look like a joke! I was scheduled to work for one week at the Phoenix open and this kid could not show up on the scheduled time for people to check in which was 6am.. He strolls in everyday at 8am. 2 hours late! And of course I’ve been working for 2 hours already everyday for a week! I checked in with ProEm since they report the hours and because Dylan said I didnt check in with him, my pay check is now going to be stalled for 7 more days! This has happened to 7 other people that worked the event. As long as Dylan is still with this company I do not advise going to them for work. They like messing with people’s time and money.
