After my phonecall with Annette I was actually dumbstruck that anyone in this industry could be that rude. I was asking about roles on behalf of a family member and upon saying no to permanent residence (but yes to a long term work visa which I never had the opportunity to say), I was told that "businesses do not want baggage, so nice try thanks bye." Absolutely awful experience and I hope no one else has to endure being spoken to and treated like that.

If I have to rate this it would be -5 stars. As a migrant the director was extremely rude to me and shouted at me and treated me like I didn't know English. I don't recommend this recruitment agency to anyone. Im giving this 1 star because I needed to post this review, if I didn't rate it I wouldn't of been able to post.
