Well first want to say yes they are good and do try to work with you .. half the time or 1/3 times honestly. BUT I’ve had many problems with trying to schedule, them messing up my appointment, and things as such.Most are great people there & most that work the front desk are too, but don’t feel we deserve being rude to at times (usually by just this one, no names being added) especially we are all there to get help! I truly believe anyone who works with the public as in welfare, doctors offices ect.. should treat with you respect and kindness and of course do the same yourself. & if not able to do that.. shouldn’t work in those types of career. One last thing.. most of the counselors are great though! ..MOST ❣️👍 just being honest. & be prepared to wait a good while especially if first time. & other times sometimes since their trying to transition ♀️
