Owner/operator who owes my sanity to all of the staff at On-Core. Over the years they have went from simply preparing my year end, to managing and filing all of my paperwork as I have grown. This has allowed me to focus on the work I am good at and not lose sleep over the things I am not. Helpful reminders for due dates, up to date reports and staff who can dumb it down enough for me to understand. I have even bounced business questions not related to my books off of the staff and received great advice!The truth is, On-Core has given me the means to run my business rather than letting my business run me.

I work with Ashley on a daily basis, and I work with Travis on occasion. Both are extremely helpful and are always fast to respond to any questions or concerns we may have. Not only are they great at what they do, but they are amazing people to deal with. They handle all of our accounting needs and really helped our team out through a complicated and confusing switch in accounting processes.Super friendly, always great to interact with. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. When I started my business years ago, I opted the do-it-yourself method for many things. One important aspect I ‘did-it-myself’ was my bookkeeping. At the time I thought, “how hard can it really be?” Little did I realize that this part of my business required professional hands to manage.Like many business owners, you have certain skillsets you are good at. Things you do that you enjoy. Unfortunately, bookkeeping was a task I loathed. It brought me unwanted stress and wasted my time. I knew I had to find someone good to manage my bookkeeping moving forward. When I began working with On-Core Bookkeeping, I wasn’t expecting much. I assumed it would be pretty dry stuff. I submit my paperwork, they input it and I see them once a year for tax prep. Little did I know that my assumptions were completely wrong. The level of service and individual care I receive is remarkable. I compare the experience to seeing your doctor. Each time I visit my Bookkeeper she runs down my finances, profit loss, and revenues with me. She shows me comparables from the past year. Most of all, whenever I need something I can contact her and get a response quickly.I have heard horror stories from people I know who have hired terrible Bookkeepers. It hurts me that I wasn’t able to rescue them from their pain by referring them to On-Core Bookkeeping.
