I tried to file my taxes with Omnex 2 years ago and it was a night mare for me and my family!!! Forms were filled incorrectly and I was told to do my spouse tax ID my my self and to go to the IRS and file everything there! I went there the IRS agent states that the forms filled by the accountant in a wrong way and I couldn't file my taxes for 2015! I called them back today to file 2015/2016 taxes and I requested to talk with a different accountant but all what he cared is he wanna charge me for his time and didn't agree with the price that was offered for me before!!!My advice not to file your taxes here! They don't have customer service at all! No respect for your experience!
