Client Review on OMEGA Processing

I have a No Soliciting sign prominently displayed on my front door. A representative of this company came in and interrupted my work to introduce himself. He noticed that I use a competitor service and when I stated that I was very happy with their services he smirked and rudely said, "ok, sure, keep paying 2.75%" I told him that I was not interested in his services and pointed out my no soliciting sign. He told me that they don't ever look at those and continued to try to start his sales pitch. I asked him to leave my business, and he continued to make rude, snarky remarks as he and his partner left.This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for a sales representative, regardless of my interest in his company. Not only has he guaranteed that he did not make a sale today, but he has ensured that I will never do business with this company and will warn my neighbors to avoid them as well.
