If there were an option to give zero stars I would. This company's strong reviews are over a year old or longer. If your company is in need of bookkeeping, stay away from this company until they figure out their staffing issues, or they go out of business. Payments for our company were not processed correctly, bank accounts were allowed to overdraw, employees were not paid, or paid incorrectly. Owners were not given information to track expenses. Our assigned bookkeeper changed no less than 4 times in 16 months. They admitted they were over their heads and decreased their client load, the problems continued. I have never been more supportive of a decision to cancel a service as I was when this one was made. I like to deal locally, but cannot recommend this company ever again.
