My experience with OMS stems from them being my former employer's payroll company. I would like to give them negative stats as I rarely if ever received pay stubs but, even worse, when I was let go, they allowed and coordinated with him to debit money directly out of my bank account. I have started the process with the labor department because at no point were they or my former boss given permission to debit my account. This experience has made me hesitant to allow any future employer to do a direct deposit because at any point they too could decide to debit my account. This is criminal and against the law.
