Kristen Greene helped my husband and I find our very first home. I highly recommend Kristen for all your realtor needs. She's a very honest, straight forward person. I myself looking for a home you want someone like Kristen to meet needs, wants and more in finding your dream home. We couldn't of made it through any of it without her. She was with us the whole step of the way. She kept us up to date to everything. Even when she was on vacation she went out of her way to help us and get other people to show us homes.

I had the pleasure of working with Kristen Greene. She was absolutely amazing! She made buying our first home very easy. Kristen was very knowledgeable about the entire process from start to finish and was available to answer our questions in a timely manor. She gave us good sound advice, but made it clear that it was our decision and she would go to bat for us, weather we decided to take her advice or not. She really made the whole experience better!We had originally started looking at homes in Rutherfordton, but decided to look in Marion as well. She didn't mind going the extra mile, or in this case, miles to help us find our perfect home. There were some snags with the lawyers getting the title work done on time and she jumped on the situation quickly and found us a lawyer that would be willing to get the title work done and fast! We were able to close an entire week early!

My Wife and I came from Florida and we were very impressed at how far above her call of duty Sherry would go to show us a listing of hers which we have now purchased. This property is over 33 acres and we spent probably 45 minutes to an hour walking the property with her together with the previous owner.She helped us every step of the way and after the sale, she is still checking up on us to make sure everything is OK or if we need anything else.Because we are from out of town, she had gone back and forth several times to the property to take pictures for us and make lists. This list was for many items that we were also purchasing from the previous owner. Sherry acted as a liaison between the seller and ourselves in this regard. This was not part of her role in selling the house but she did it willingly. That too went very smoothly and made our experience much less complicated.I find her to be very professional, knowledgeable, extremely trustworthy and honest and last but not least, very efficient at her job which alleviated a lot of stress on our side.We filled out most of the paperwork online which made our experience very comfortable and convenient. I have seen agents that are overbearing, or either bored with their job or not too interested. Sherry on the other hand was more like having a good friend helping with our purchase, yet maintaining a very professional demeanor towards us. I highly recommend her and can very comfortably say that she will go far and beyond to make your experience a pleasurable one.
