About 2 years ago I called O'Conner Insurance to inquire about some insurance questions about an auto policy. I spoke to Kristie who was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was so impressed with the service I had received I transferred all my auto policies over to O'Conner.Fast forward 2 years and I am still working with Kristie. I have transfer all my insurance needs over to them. She has been amazing to work with and even if I have a question about something they don't even handle she will always point me in the right direction.The level of customer service they provide was way beyond my expectations.
