Tania is virtually zero help at all, not sure why she is even employed if she doesn’t want to help people find jobs, she seemed ok at the interview but it seems as though my file went into the trash as this service did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, this rating is a bit high for Tania, she rates a ZERO

When I first moved to Redding, I was hesitant to use a staffing agency. It took me 7 months of looking for jobs, going through dozens of interviews, before I finally decided to go to o2 Staffing. I am SO glad I chose the #1 staffing agency in the north state! Every single person that works in the office is welcoming, kind, and wants to help in everyway the can. Shari at the front desk was informative when I called to set up an interview all the way through me signing my contract. She is a resource and a fantastic director of first impressions. Not only did they help me find my dream job, they also placed me with a group of individuals I see myself working with for years to come! Great service here. I've been able to pick up some extra cash with a few quick temp jobs outside my full time job. I also just landed a part time delivery job that works perfectly with my evening availability. The agents are very polite and attentive to your availability and respond quickly over text.They are a perfect middleman for employers around town who only have odd jobs here and there and don't have the resources for employee management. If you need work or want to earn extra money on the weekends or evenings, make yourself hirable, and they can help you find work quickly and easily.
