Very poor - never call back back when they say they will, don't respond to emails, don't respond to messages left on the portal. Now have HMRC hounding me every two weeks for outstanding PAYE which is now showing 2p per day interest and warning of Debt collection agencies and bailiffs - it's ok though it's all in hand and they WILL call me back - um, no you won't, I'll be making the Same call in a couple of weeks. You have been warned.
