I am so lucky to have found Melody several years ago. I have the utmost confidence in her compared to impersonal H&R Block types of tax preparers where I went for several years and never felt like they were thorough and never felt like they understood or cared about our unique situation. My family lives in 3 states, none close to Melody, and she helps all of us. She is to the point, succinct, detail oriented, legit!-everything you need in a tax preparer. She makes it as easy as possible for me but year after year, as long as I keep the records she needs, it is easy! Hope she is there for us for many, many years.

Melody and her team are fantastic. I've been going to Number Crunchers for many years and continued to do so even after I moved a greater distance away requiring a specific effort on my part to drive there. The extra effort has always been worthwhile. The service and support I've received has proven valuable more than once. I trust these folks enough to suggest them to other family members who have some very complex returns. No disappointments....just great and active support.

I will never use this company again. We had been a faithful customer for 13 years and then they got too big to be personal anymore. They use to sit with you and go over your yearly taxes and would call you with questions. Well that stopped. We asked not to email questions to us and to please call instead. Well that never happened. Two years in a row they lost our W2's, they attached ours to someone else's and their copy to ours and one year they lost our copy. It was found in someone else's file…it took them awhile to find it. One year we took our college daughters taxes to them and they charge us a crazy price to do her return when the federal government doesn't charge anything for college students.
