I took a nasty fall on Shirley Lake Trail (8/1/19) and am forever grateful for the professional & reassuring care I received from the amazing rescuers who got me off the mountain safely. I can't express my appreciation of their assistance as I'd badly fractured my ankle. I know this is what they are trained to do, but for me, they were truly angels! Thank you so much!!

Amazing; the staff welcomed me with open arms and were very accommodating. The station is brand new, being very well-cared for. The apparatuses were even better; full of fascinating equipment! Thank you North Tahoe Fire Protection District!
