Feedback:

Waited an hour to see a woman to get my resume looked at. She looked at it for maybe 10 seconds. Then suggested I make an appointment to see someone else. She tried to get me an appointment with this other person, but it was taking so long that I had to leave. I wasted 90 min for Nothing!!’ I called and left a message explaining that I left. The counselor did make an attempt to call me. But by then The Woburn office had set me to meet with someone.

Feedback:

I was sitting waiting for the seminar to start when I heard an older guy that work there tell this lady that was trying to get help with signing the papers just because Lynn is multicultural doesn’t mean Salem is.Thats so offensive. They Need to Show People Respect and treat them equally She came in showing you respect Everyone Deserves the same Respect also heads up seminar lady very Rude.

Feedback:

Lady at the desk responded with "Don't tell me that!" in a condescending tone after I told her I couldn't make an appointment next week because I was going away and, she acted as if I was going to the Bahamas with taxpayer money, when in reality i'm going to the middle of nowhere to visit my dying grandfather, will be avoiding coming here as much as possible.

Feedback:

Rude and unprofessional also very unoragnized the lady wanted to tell me I didn't take the classes they make u take and wanted me to do them over because she didn't see I took them in her system!!!

Feedback:

The folks here bring a very kind and positive attitude to a very challenging job serving the public.

Feedback:

This was one of the more unpleasant experiences I've had in recent memory. I found the people who worked there were rude, to the point of belittling, and didn't seem to be capable of understanding my field, my prior occupation, or the reality of a modern job search (that most digital occupations are listed on-line, often through Craig's List and other employment search engines). The lack of such knowledge in such a place, particularly in the 21st century, is beyond troubling. What was worse: having every one of my questions responded to in a way that was a pointed attempt to make me feel stupid (because I was genuinely astonished by their confusion, and what appear to be some obvious flaws with their system). All in all, I have to say I left feeling shocked, insulted, and as though their system mattered more to them than actually helping anyone find work. If you're on the North Shore and can go somewhere else I recommend you do so.
