I am a real estate investor that closes at different title companies frequently. But this title company was the most unprofessional, unethical company of them all. I feel like I need to make people aware of how they do business. Melissa Nicole is suppose to be the Manager their, but she is the worse person their. This is a small privately owned title company, the owner is Doug Watson won't even speak to customer's or Melissa when they screw up a closing. I closed a property with them over 1 month ago, and just recently found out that they messed up the entire transaction, and now they won't even return calls or emails. They don't care at all. I'm in the process of starting a law suit to sue them for not resolving the transaction that they admitted they messed up. Please learn a lesson from me, and not be in my current situation and just use another title company. Worse customer service and experience ever.

Couldn't be happier with how smooth the process was when we closed on our home. Our 3 year old also "chipped in" on our payment and they were sweet enough to go along with it. He was so proud to have paid for his own room ($1) 😆. Thank you to the entire staff who served us :)

I have closed real estate transactions with a lot of title companies. Good service and communication are the foundations for making the house buying and selling process go smoothly. I have also closed several of those transactions with this office. The most recent was one of the hardest deals I've ever worked to close due to outside factors and this office staff went above and beyond to get the deal done. I couldn't have made it without their support.
