I have found Nortec to have extremely poor service, changing staff all the time, my daughter was found a casual job that she loves and is meeting Centrelink requirements for working hours plus more hours, however Nortec expect her to leave work to attent their appointments, she has alway phoned to say she is working, provides payslips and hours and some of the comments she has revived back from Nortec staff have been rude and threatening to say the least, would not recommend them
