You need to find better ways to train your ignorant, half-wit officers. I'm a Type 1 diabetic and had an episode of hypogycemia (That's low blood sugar for you pinhead Norfolk cops).Well, the idiot thought I was drunk and unable to understand his commands and chose to place me in a hold and bury my face in the cement. He ended up breaking a brand new $300.00 watch. By the way, I worked law enforcement for 19 years (Sgt.) and have never seen such stupidity in my life. Moron high school graduates with their heads up their ass.
