We had used Nolan Accounting in the past and had no problems until this year. We had them prepare our 2013 taxes (we have already paid for them for this) for our business and they are still not finished and it is 5/20/2014. I received one e-mail on Tax day that they had put an extension on my taxes, since then I have contacted them 4 times by e-mail and 4 times by phone and I have not received on phone call or e-mail back. When I talk to the receptionist she is of little help and just tells me she knows nothing and she can send me to Tim's voicemail. I have a business to run and I am need of my 2013 taxes so I can finish my workman's comp insurance, for extending my line of credit, and getting business loans. I could forgive them being late with my taxes, what I can't forgive is the lack of communication and being in limbo.
