Nexus is an innovative solution for companies that due to their size or focus decide that contingent workers are the way to go. They did an outstanding job for me since 2011. I love their responsiveness to any questions or inquiries. It is a one stop shop eliminating all of those payroll filings and offering a group medical insurance plan that would be next to impossible to match benefit or cost wise with an individual policy. Working through Nexus allowed me to focus on my business and eliminated those payroll related chores that are such time wasters. So unless you are big enough to be able to employ a payroll person, consider outsourcing this work to NexusCW.
