Everyone at Nextaff was courteous and professional. I applied to a few jobs with Nextaff during my job search. The meeting with the recruiter is very detailed and comfortable. They really take the time to get to know you and help you find what you are looking for. Brittney called me a day before my interview to help prep and give me some times. I was very grateful for the follow ups and prep!

I made the mistake of not working or doing any internships while I was in college, so I had the education, but I lacked the work experience that employers want to see. Nextaff helped me gain the valuable experience that my resume was missing, and now I'm starting a full-time permanent position tomorrow morning! If you know you're a hard worker, but you "need experience to get experience", you can count on Nextaff to help you move forward with your life. Thanks again, Nextaff! You're awesome.

I’ve used staffing agencies years ago, so I felt I had an understanding of how it all works. With relocating to Raleigh, it seems career options are endless, but can be overwhelming, so it felt unreal to have an actual team to tend to my job needs and educate me along the way, but that’s Nextaff!!!!! Saying they were helpful was an understatement! I can literally say that everyone in the office played a role in getting me staffed, & made me feel excited about it. They gave me insight into the staffing industry, how companies & clients are cared for, and gave me some of the best interview & resume tips. When you’ve been out of the job search game for years, they’ll quickly give you balance, comfort, genuine encouragement & professional reality checks lol. Please run to them if you’re serious about your search!

Friendly staff. However, they were either unable or unwilling to get me placed. I took exams relative to the field and felt like my time was wasted between that and the interview. No follow ups to see if I was still searching, etc. Communicating is important and this is where they dropped the ball for me as an agency.

I was an intern at this company and I really adore all of them. I learned so much throughout the spring semester and felt like they took me under their wing to teach me. I definitely recommend anyone looking for an internship or anyone looking for caring people to help you find a position or the right employees for your business! The Team at Nextaff has been wonderful to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable and seem to genuinely care about their candidates. Their attention to detail and timeliness made for a smooth process. Beth was able to help me find a position that matched my skills set. I was also offered tutorials to help brush up on any skills that needed a little refreshing. In addition, she maintained contact throughtout the hiring process and never stopped checking in throughout the placement. Beth, Brittany, Rachel, Caroline - the whole Nextaff team is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone!
