My canoe was destroyed when the marina's boat rack collapsed and management refused to take any responsibilty. Canoe was new and cost about $ 1400. Also, my mooring disappeared and, again, no one wanted to talk about it. I bought it used for about $1000. When I left the marina I asked to use a slip for a few days and park my boat trailer for another month. I was up front and told them what I was doing....and was charged about $600 (25' boat). I would characterize the management as being in the spirit of a not-so-benevolent dictatorship.
