Does not answer phones or email. Lost my login information and website kept saying my information was wrong, it wasnt. Told me email for prompt response, never got one. Called multiple times while the office was open, and no one answered. And to top it off, one of the times I called, they answered and hung up on me without saying anything.

I’ve only dealt with one person here named jean and she’s been more than wonderful to me making appointments and quick emails. She randomly calls to check up often too.
