Bill knew the VA loan process, what properties would be VA approved, and was willing to get a new condo association VA approved. In the daunting VA loan process his help made it possible for a deal to be made, contingencies to be made to help things along, and the right place at the right price was purchased. A year ago my wife and I decided to pick up and move from RI to the valley . It was a crazy idea, but Bill really helped us and in the end put us in the home of our dreams. Bill continued to talk with us even after we closed to help us figure out New Hampshire living. He truly is fantastic and you could not find a better realtor.

Bill guided us through the purchase process and we succeeded in a fair price deal on a home we were in love with. He helped connect us with local support: inspectors, title agency, and folks who can fix and improve the aspects we need to deal with. During the inspection he even shoveled out the septic tank door so we wouldn’t get charged by the inspector to do so. Early on we gave Bill feedback on what we needed differently from him and he adjusted right away to ensure the process was smooth for us. I am sure he does for others too so everyone can have a great experience.
