Can't describe their quality of service without swearing. Poor doesn't cut it. Was doing a course through them while I was looking for a job and when I finally got a job, my payments got cut because the absolute sausages are saying that I'm not attending my course. You're probably better off selling pingas in a carpark than being with them. Review would be 0 stars if it'd let me.

Very disappointing after meeting criteria and having a second interview get a call from potential employer to discover that Neato did not send the documents required that were provide promptly. Called the office to express my displeasure to only be meet with a comment that it wasn’t her who didn’t send th paperwork. Seriously if you work for a company everyone is accountable, not sure how this company stays in business.

Awful, awful people! The staff are absolutely rude... I have so much to say and I really hope the manager goes through those workers and works out who are the horrible ones and sacks them. Thank goodness I have rang the complaints team and moved somewhere else. So stuff you neato, now I don't have to be lied to and mistreated again. Sorry you missed out on getting money from me all because I became a full time student

As an employer i would never recommend this hopeless company. If you are a job seeker you have no hope with these people. They tell lies give you the wrong information and have absolutely no idea. After a major stuff up the company cant even give me an explanation..NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE.....
