EAI ASSESSMENT LADY WAS VERY RUDE. I OVERHEARD SHE BOOKED 3 PPL FOR 1 APPOINTMENT TIME. OUR APPOINTMRNT WAS AT 3 BUT NEVER GOT CALLED BACK UNTIL 3 45. SHE WASN'T EVEN THE ONE WHO DID THE ASSESSMENT, BUT SHE WAS SUPOSE TO FINISH UP WITH US. WHEN WE WERE FINALLY BROUGHT OVER TO HER SHE MADE US GO BACK TO THE WAITING ROOM AND SAID SHE WILL FINISH UP AFTER SHE WAS DONE WITH THAT APPLICANT. INSTEAD WHEN SHE GOT DONE SHE CAME OUT TO THE FRONT AND TOOK BACK A DIFFERENT APPLICANT. WE HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 30 MIN. BY THIS TIME IT WAS 4 30 CLOSING TIME SHE RUSHES TO US WITH THE PAPER TO SIGN AND THAT WAS IT. NOT ONLY THAT BUT WHEN WE HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT A CERTAIN HELP PROGRAM SHE WAS VERY RUSHED. IT SEEMED AS THOUGH SHE WAS JUST TRYING TO GET US OUT OF THERE SO SHE COULD LEAVE. I MEAN I UNDERSTAND ITSVCLOSING TIME BUT IT WAS YOUR CHOICE TO BOOK MULTIPLE PEOPLE FOR ONE APPT TIME. PLUS, HOW RUDE IS IT THAT YOU MADE SOMEONE WHOSE ASSESSMENT WAS BASICALLY DONE WAIT AN EXTRA 30 INSTEAD OF COMPLETING THEIR ASSESSMENT WHEN THEY WERE ALREADY BACK THEIR. SHE EVEN CHOSE TO CUT OTHER PPL IN FRONT OF APPLICANTS WHO ASSESMENT PROCESS WAS BASICALLY COMPLETE. I FEEL THAT WAS VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. SHE SEEMED LIKE A NICE LADY BUT VERY UNORGANIZED AND UNPROFESSIONAL. HER NAME WAS DAFANIE OR DEFANIE. SOMETHING OF THE SORT. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HELP. LET US TALK TO SOMEONE WHO IS WILLING TO.
