Client Review on Nautilus Plus, Inc

Feedback:

Due to the nature of my work, I travel a lot so Boomerang membership with Nautlius was a no-brainer. Blainville, Montreal, Laval, Rosemère, DDO, Vanier, Longueil, Anjou, Saint-Hyacinthe, Normandie, Cavendish, Gatineau, Repentigny, Boucherville, I believe I visited more than half of their succursales in the last two years. They all look similar but what makes a big difference is personal touch. And Saint-Hyacinthe staff was up to the challenge: I don’t go to this location very often and on my first visit last week I lost my BT earphones, I was not certain it was in the gym; it could’ve been anywhere - street, car, home... I called the gym on the same day and the guy on the phone was ready to help, but he couldn’t find them, he looked in the locker rooms, lost objects box, to no avail. I admitted the defeat and accepted I will have to shell out 100-120$ for the new set. Alas, next week when I went to the same gym, as soon as I mentioned that I lost headphones last week, the girl pulled them out with a smile. They were even charged and ready to use! And for the record, 5 stars is not only due to this event, everything is highly recommended: equipment, service, personnel, cleanliness…
