Have worked with companies who have used National PEO for over ten years. I never had issues with my first company, payroll was easy to complete, always on time and our advisor Frank was awesome! Upon changing jobs I was happy to hear they used them as well. I've had nothing but problems since. Form direct deposit pending for weeks on end and no response from either Naomi or Grace it's become really frustrating. My checks have had added deductions where it shouldn't be. When calling to get guidance I'm sent to a voicemail every time with no returned calls. The best way to communicate it to constantly email to get some type of response and yet it's vague and no help. What once was an awesome company has seemed to totally lose their great customer service.

Terrible customer service ,don't follow through,send chks to closed accounts, mangement dimisses issues with payments, doesn't take responsibility or accountability for their poor service. Do not use this company. !!!

The company i work for chose this place to do payroll i have been dealing with Naiomi in payroll not very helpful ....since even after i double checkef my direct deposit info and confirmed with Naomi that they deposited in my account witch was confirmed by her they issued to old account anyways having to stop payment on there behalf leaving me to hunt down my boss to get a handwritten check to top it off they charged the company i work for total of chek and fees .

I've been a client with National PEO for over 7 years with multiple businesses under their management. I've only received prompt help, easy HR support and would highly recommend them to any owner or manager that is considering outsourcing the total payroll needs. I'm only leaving this review now because they totally deserve it.

This is the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. They were very quick to act and get us signed up and start payroll. Once they had us, things fell apart very quickly. They have no communication, no follow-through and are very inaccurate with their payroll. One of the first payroll files we sent to them, they calculated minutes worked as hours worked. We have been waiting over a month to get our Quickbooks import file from them. The bottom line is, save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.

This company has terrible costumer service and attention to detail and organization. I have been trying to get my W2 from them for weeks. No answer, no return calls back, NOTHING! SO frustrated.

Amber is very unprofessional. She can't seem to answer my questions, she cut me off and just transferred me to some unknown line with out addressing any of my questions. Called back like 10 times just to get through to talk to someone and Amber answerd, very dismissive for a receptionist. I left a voicemail hopefully someone calls me back, if not I'll just have to drive down there to have someone help me with simple questions regarding payroll.
