Feedback:

Too bad I can't leave a lower rating. They never get back to you, have excuses about everything. I have been calling for weeks NO ONE returns calls or emails.

Feedback:

I had some HR, insurance, and employee benefit questions for my small business. The customer service representative I spoke to was able to answer all my questions and provide guidance and options for an effective strategy that company could implement. I would highly recommend National HR for all your HR and Benefit needs!

Feedback:

I was contacted by Aaron, who is NHR's HR Director. During my initial phone interview, he interrupted every answer I gave in response to his questions, usually within 5 seconds of me starting to speak. When he determined that I was eligible to move forward for an in-person interview, he stated on the phone that he would confirm address/time/etc. of my interview - he never did. I had to email him the morning of my scheduled interview for that information. After my interview with the client (one of the weirdest I've ever had where the interviewer, while very pleasant, basically tried to convince me I didn't want the job and asked me for detailed information on how I would solve 5 of their biggest HR issues), I heard nothing back. I finally reached out to Aaron a week later and he told me he "forgot" to follow up (yes, he actually said that in his email), but they were moving forward with another candidate. Inexcusable, unprofessional, and just all around not a company I'd ever consider working with, based on this experience.

NationalHR has been our company’s employee health benefits provider for a few years now, and we are nothing but grateful for their great services and affordable health benefits. I would recommend NHR to any company looking for group health insurance. Their unique approach to health benefits saves companies money while providing employees with the best benefits available.

Feedback:

This company is beyond awful. Totally incompetent. They messed up direct deposits and couldn't even be bothered to verify existing W-2s, in my case, costing me thousands of dollars in back taxes. Countless people at our firm had problems with basic HR functions. Our firm dropped them after one year if that tells you anything.You're better off having an employee with a legal pad recording everyone's direct deposits. They couldn't possibly screw it up any less.
