When I first contacted Natasha about my issue, I was elated and had full confidence that she would be able to help. However, after our initial contact I never heard from her again. My emails and calls have gone unanswered. I hope she’s ok. I felt that if she did not want to work with me or if her plate was full, she should’ve said so, rather than leaving me wondering. A good customer service experience would’ve provided me with some sort of explanation, which I believe I was entitled to.

I would like to recommend Natasha A. Smith, CPA for Accountant work within your organization. As a client for 3 years, I have yet to work with someone as meticulous with numbers and calculations as she is. Ms. Smith is a very bright and personable individual who knows her work inside-out. She is self-motivated, independent and efficient – three must-have qualities for any accountant. Her work as added tremendous value to our company. In my 20 plus years of business, I have not come across an individual who welcomes accounting challenges and meets deadlines as fastidiously as she does. She has played a pivotal role in getting and keeping our agency on track financially. Natasha Smith was truly a blessing to me!!! I was in need of some final Cpa documents to close on my home and my hired Cpa was out of the country.Natasha Smith stepped in and completed the final p/l statements and she provided detailed letters that the underwriter needed for my business. What was turning into a major issue was resolved. Natasha Smith is truly a professional in her craft. She's sharp and timely.
