Nancy Adams works with small businesses which I find a lot better than working with large businesses as large businesses are competitive, not like small businesses. Keep up the good work!

I was introduced to Barb of Nancy Adams Personnel by someone who had used her services a few times and was highly satisfied. I had a great experience too! At our first meeting, Barb was very thorough. She asked me the kind of company I would like to work for, the location, organizational culture, job position and so much more. She really cared about me being a good fit for the organization I was going to work for. In a short time, she got me an interview which led to a second interview and a job offer! She gave me great tips about my resume as well as the interview. She always followed up and was genuinely interested in me getting a job that would be a good match. Her team is great too! I had the opportunity to speak with Jenni and Kevin on a few occasions and they were very pleasant, helpful, and easy to speak with. Barb is very personable and experienced. In both cases I was impressed by the quick, thorough handling of my job search and her earnest interest in placing me in a position that suited not only my skill set but also my personality and desire for company culture. I cannot say how happy I am that I went through Nancy Adams Personnel! I contacted them on Friday and by Monday I had a job. Barb and Jenni were so sweet and really cared about finding me something perfect. They even went the extra mile to contact my new employer while I was sitting in their office interviewing with them, to see if I could go in for an interview that same day with my new employer. Needless to say it worked out and I would recommend going through them if you are on the job hunt!
