Don’t trust them to do your taxes! I can’t believe how unethical, unprofessional, and selfish this place is. I don’t recommend this to anyone. I ended up amending my return at HR Block and they got me back additional $1,273. There’s a reason why there are no positive reviews for this place. To spice things up, as I was walking to the front door of their office, I saw that all of the windows literally had spider webs and were in such bad condition that I couldn’t even see through the glass, even from inside the office. Just walk by their office and you’ll see what I’m talking about. I should’ve known how much they care about their practice and clients by seeing the condition of the outside of their office alone.I tried researching to see if others had bad experiences here too, and I found a bigger fish. There are several lawsuits against the owner of this firm Akram Namou and his hospitality companies for things ranging from unpaid wages to sexual harassment and firing females for not giving in to his sexual desires. Google it for yourself. Just type “Akram Namou court case” and you’ll see the full documents from Michigan and Ohio courts. Do not trust this firm!
