Very worst CPA I ever experienced. For every modification he is expecting 75 dollars which he did not mention during the initial discussion. He robs money from you like anything. Better stay away. if you are new to business he takes advantage and robs money and so far he collected 1000 Dollars to file start up business taxes. I never met any CPA who charges money for modification and answer question.
