One of their drivers hit my mailbox while driving Palm Tran Connection on 10/2/18. Instead of taking responsibility they tried to deny it. But I have pictures and video of the damage. Someone named Steven Gui called on 10/15/18, saying he was the assistant manager. And that the driver is denying hitting the mailbox. He was very unprofessional in handling this matter. When I asked for a manager higher than him or the CEO he told me that he's the highest I can go. The mailbox was also hit by another driver on that Friday, 10/7/18 which was by another Transportation company operating the bus. That company called me immediately after Palm Tran reported the issue to them 10/10/18. Instead of Steven getting with the other company to fix their mistake he played games with some woman giggling and making comments in the background. FIX MY LANDLORD'S MAILBOX.
