Mr Willis is unable to answer emails in a timely fashion (two weeks, up to six). Information given preliminarily is patchy and often given orally and not in written form. I have been engaged in consulting him with regard to presenting my taxes to HMRC on the sale of a property for around seven months and now will have to find someone else because I am at my wits’ end. My solicitor has had to send email after email chasing answers as have I, and this is before my return has to be filed. The stress is too much. I just cannot understand this way of working unless this was a job he just did not want.
