" it typically takes 10-12 weeks before we have the original back from the Horry County courthouse and have completed an audit of your file. Once our internal audit is complete the original document will be mailed to you. " Why? Because of their time constraints?! They did not allow me to take 10-12 weeks to pay them. A Mill.
