I had commenced doing some strategic work with a local startup. Our aim was to work with management on their financial analysis and reporting for stakeholders. When I received the books the financial statements they were clearly things that just did not look right. When looking deeper, the bookkeeping was a mess, which was outsourced to Gnarly (Mulroney and Associates). Basic accounting functions were done incorrectly all over the financial statements. I had attempted to deal with the owner of the business Carrie, she would talk to me on the phone to resolve and was extremely rude and arrogant by email. They were let go, and it took over a month to repair the errors Gnarly's (Mulroney and Associates) made in only 4 months of them doing the books. I have been in accounting for 25 years and strongly urge you to find another bookkeeping service.
