The new bathrooms are nice, but why are there handwashing taps on the showers that shut off every few seconds?? Nothing says resort quite like trying to find the tap every 10 seconds with your eyes closed. Also, the motion sensor lights don’t detect people in the shower areas, so the lights shut off while you shower or as you get dressed. Seems like you’re punishing people who use the least amount of water and electricity in the entire park. Meanwhile, the people in big rigs are running two A/Cs, their electric fireplace, a washer/dryer, and a shower at the same time. And paying the same price as those that don’t.

One of the prettiest campgrounds we’ve ever been to. We had one of the brand new sites which you could have your own Internet connected. The river was only 100 feet away.

Great accommodations but the facilities are a bit aged. Multiple areas showing structural water damage that require immediate repairs.

If you enjoy staying in a tiny cabin with no A/C, and if you open windows the screens have holes so mosquitoes still get in. This place is for you. Make sure u stay closer to hwy26 so you can listen to cars all day and night. Do go swim in the river as the pool and hot tub water is really dirty/murky. Don't worry about trying their game room, pool table, etc. as it's out of service. Don't forget to pack your own toilet paper as they do forget to replace it here. Also don't worry about bringing firewood as there probably will be a fire ban. Hope you do have good memory as there is codes for everything. The staff there did seem pretty nice tho, and they still will charge you full price with a smile and a thank you.Enjoy your stay!! Sadly, you won't see me here again.
