After many years of using another tax professional, we felt it was time to make a change. So three years ago, we made the change and started using Jeff at Mt. Diablo Tax Pros. Since we own a business, he prepares our Corporate Returns, as well as our Personal Returns. He is diligent in making sure he asks questions that might uncover additional deductions. And, when questions have come up, after filing, he is there to help us understand what needs to be done in order to resolve them. He also advises us on how we can best position ourselves to take advantage of possible deductions in future years. Thanks Jeff!

New to Concord and went on to Yelp. Found Mt Diablo Tax Pros and read all the reviews. The one that convinced me to give Jeffery a shot was when one gentlemen asked for a quote at 1:30 in the AM and was upset they he did not hear back until 6:00 AM the next day.... He then proceeded to post of screen shot of their correspondence. Jeffery responded in short it's very difficult to give you an accurate estimate since you have not told me any info about your situation, how many w2's are you single, IRA's, do you rent or own, etc. I felt anyone that would take would take the time to respond professionally and politely is probably a good bet. And sure enough he was. I would highly recommend their services. They are quick, smart, and willing to help you keep your money in your pocket. I will be taking my taxes to them next year.

Jeff is great! Went to Mt. Diablo Tax Pros. for the first time and will being coming back for years to come! He helped my husband and I complete our tax returns with no fuss. I have worked with a few other accountants through the years. Jeff by far is the most responsive and is diligent in understanding all of the details that go with filing. I needed help with self employment questions and he responded quickly and with details. He really seems to care about providing correct and pertinent information, and is thorough. I highly recommend working with him. I appreciate that he is available and doesn't leave me without answers. It helps with the stress that comes with taxes and filing.

I made an appointment to ask some questions about filing my taxes and about my deceased father's taxes. Jeff was very knowledgeable, forthcoming and completely honest.
