So, I went to the ER yesterday. After 6 hours there, for my first bout of vertigo, I am surprised I am even willing to give one star. Noone was attentive. They need an operations team to help streamline the orgnanization of things. It was a logistical night mare and the nurses, techs and Dr. were all speaking about the patients as though noone was around. I spent my entire visit in the HALLWAY for crying out loud. They tried to ask me to change into my hospital gown... in the common area with everyone else. Just ludacris. wheni finally made it to the restroom to change, it reaked of stale piss and toilet paper was everywhere. I vomited just from entry. Not to mention, they messed up my hopspital band. Had me listed as a 52 year old woman; not the right month, day or year?! I gave them my ID to fill out the info so Im very confused how this happened. I should have left, but since I was still unwell, I couldnt. When it was time for my Dr. to put an IV in, he told the nurse that he would "try". A real vote of confidence considering the zoo that was this ER.

Super friendly staff, best hospital experience I ahve ever had!! Came in to the emerg for viral pharyngitis, was seen right away (Thursday night) they did everything they could for me and more! Super attentive to my concerns and feelings, even the discharge receptionist took care of my insurance perfectly!

They are actually fast when it comes to child side of the emergency room. One of the few places that have a psychiatrist on call at all times of the day. Since its relatively empty any time I've gone there with my kid. The adult side on the other hand is always crowded.

This is the worst hospital ever! Please do not come here. They take forever to do everything! To take your temperature, to put you in a room, to give you your discharge papers, it’s just ridiculous!! Then they leave you in the room, come back an hour later ask you the some questions, and “apologize” for the long wait. There is no structure and no sense of urgency. So pisses off!

Do not come to this emergency room. You will be here for hours waiting for scans with no offering of food or drink. My very sick mother came here and while the doctors seem competent everyone else passes the buck in a state of extreme inefficiency. Go elsewhere and save hours of aggravation.
