Position themselves as accountants for franchisees however, I didn't find services or anything uniquely tailored in this respect. Not worth paying over the odds when the services of a regular qualified accountant is sufficient to fulfil the needs of a small business. Furthermore, I never felt I was given advice proactively to minimise tax liabilities just the minimum to fulfil the company's obligations.Also, with regret, a special mention to Jonathan Curtis who works there. I simply cannot recommend dealing with him or using him as your point of call. Will talk until the cows come home and explains things in such a convoluted way that it is sometimes better to hang up and ask to speak to someone else in his team who will resolve your queries more clearly and concisely.
