We have been using the services of Morris, Downing, and Sherred for well over 30 years and have nothing but the highest praise for their professionalism and competence. In particular, our attorney and long-time family friend, Dave Johnson and his assistant Irma Smith have never fallen short of exemplary in their attention to details and ability to un-complicate matters when necessary. We have engaged Dave many times over our 30 years in a wide variety of matters, both small and serious, all with the same straight forward, honest, and extraordinary effort on our behalf. I can only speak for our family, but I am quite certain that they service all their clients in this manner as well. Thank you Dave and Irma for everything you have done for us over the years. What a wonderful experience we had with Michelle, Irma and their team. We were moving from the city to Sussex County and we never felt like strangers to them. Even from the first interaction with MDS, we knew we were in good hands. As first time home buyers, they were able to explain everything in a language to which we could understand and did so respectfully. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal services.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul Hunczak, Douglas Gray and Sandy McCurry for the past two and a half years. I was wrongfully terminated after 21 years. I would have had my full pension and lifetime insurance benefits at 25. Needless to say, I was devastated. I called a few attorneys and after a brief phone conversation, they all declined to take the case. When I called MDS, I spoke to Paul, he was open to meeting with me and after reviewing the facts, thankfully took the case. They were all wonderful to work with, communication was open and ongoing, they listened to me, as well as advised me, on what their plan of action would be based on their legal expertise. Needless to say, the outcome was positive and I truly feel vindicated. Thanks again.

From my initial call inquiring about this firm's services, I could tell the legal assistant for real estate transactions was on the ball. She knew what would be required of us as non-resident sellers. We hired MDS and were quite satisfied we did. We were kept advised of the status along the way and everything worked out smoothly with signing the closing documents out of State. We highly recommend this firm.
